Gooserock Farm >> Raw Honey (Liquid)

Raw Honey (Liquid)

Our honey production colonies are mostly located in the Pine Brook and Towaco sections of Montville Twp., with smaller harvests from Boonton Twp. The honey is raw and minimally filtered so it contains traces of pollen and propolis, all removed in commercial honey. We know what's blooming when and what our bees are working. This enables us to track and harvest premium varietal honeys such as linden and black locust. Some people ask us, "Doesn't honey all taste the same?" And we say, "Our honey is as different from the Chinese honey on supermarket shelves as a 100-year old Scotch is to moonshine!"
