Herb Garden Soap >> Kitchen Hand Soaps

Kitchen Hand Soaps

What gorgeous loaves! I'm holding two fresh loaves of Kitchen Tangerine Soap, one of the most popular soaps we make.

When we make our soap, we pour it into large molds and then, after saponification has ended and the block is cool enough to handle, we slice it into loaves before cutting it into generous 5 oz bars.

As the bars cure, they lose water and shrink a bit...but don't worry! A dry bar of soap lasts a lot longer by your sink.

Kitchen Tangerine has a high content of saponified coconut oil which gives you that great grease-cutting cleaning power. It also makes the bars very hard to cut if we miss our timing on it!

This coconut oil-base soap cleans hands with copious lather and lifts dirt and extra oils off your skin.
Jewelweed Soap has wild-crafted jewelweed added to help neutralize the urushiol oils of the poison ivy plant. We do not make this claim, but certain herbalists hold this to be true. The best way to avoid the poison ivy rash is to be vigilant in spotting poison ivy vines all year ‘round. That said, if you should come in contact, could a little jewelweed hurt? Learn to recognize it, too! It grows in similar conditions to P.I.
And keep a bar of this soap on hand – it’s a great everyday hand soap!

I love to cook. I keep this soap by my kitchen sink - ta da! But you knew that, right? Have you ever chopped garlic, then washed your hands and moved on to, say, cutting an apple, only to discover that the apple smells like garlic, or worse, like the fragrance in your hand soap? Sorry - blech!

THIS SOAP CLEANS so WELL that the garlic smell disappears, and the scent is so friendly, so natural (another ta da!) that my cut up apples only taste like..apples!

Great volumes of lather cut through the grease and the strong smells. The scent is vigorous and clean.

The perfect soap for the kitchen sink: great lather cuts the dirt, rinses cleanly, and leaves a gentle, fresh scent.

We stopped using liquid dish soap, (which is mostly water) and simply rub the sponge on the bar for a very cost effective and easy cleaning soap.

This coconut oil-base soap cleans the dirt and oils with copious lather and lifts dirt and extra oils off your skin. Use this one to clean your hands after cooking, working in the shop, in the garden, in the garage... It is also ideal for a cleansing shower after a hard workout!
